ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ ေကအိုင္ေအ အစုိးရႏွင့္ ဗမာစစ္အစုိးရတုိ႕ လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့ ဇြန္လ (၉) ရက္ကေန စတင္ျဖစ္ပြားလာတဲ့ တုိက္ပြဲအတြင္း ဗမာစစ္အစုိးရဘက္မွ စစ္သား (၁၄၀၀) ေက်ာ္က်ဆံုး (ေသဆံုး) ျပီျဖစ္ေၾကာင္းႏွင့္ ဤစာရင္းတြင္ စစ္ပြဲ၌ ဒဏ္ရာရရွိျပီး စစ္ေျမျပင္သုိ႕ျပန္လည္းမသြားေရာက္ႏုိင္ေတာ့ ေသာစစ္သားမ်ားမပါရွိေၾကာင္း ဗမာစစ္ဗုိလ္မ်ား အထက္သုိ႕ေပးပုိ႕ေသာ ေၾကးနန္းမွ ဖမ္းယူရရွိေသာ သတင္းျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သိရွိရပါသည္။

ဗမာစစ္အစုိးရဟာ ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ ေကအုိင္ေအ အစုိးရႏွင့္ တုိက္ပြဲျဖစ္ပြားရာ ရွုံးနိမ့္မွဳမ်ားႏွင့္ ရင္ဆုိင္လာရေသာေၾကာင့္ ႏုိင္ငံတကာက ပိတ္ပင္တားျမစ္ထားတဲ့ ဓါတုလက္နက္ကုိ အသံုးျပဳျပီး ေကအုိင္ေအ ကုိတုိက္ခုိက္မွဳေတြလုပ္လာခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သိရွိရပါသည္။ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မင္းေအာင္လွိဳင္ ဟာ တုိင္းရင္းသားလက္နက္ကုိင္မ်ားႏွင့္ တုိက္ခုိက္ရာတြင္ အသံုးျပဳရန္အတြက္ အမွတ္ (၁၂) လက္နက္ပစၥည္းထုတ္စက္ရံုတာ၀န္ရွိသူမ်ားကုိ ပုိမုိျပင္းထန္ေသာ ဓါတုလက္နက္မ်ားကုိ ထုတ္လုပ္သြားရန္ ညြန္ၾကားထားေၾကာင္းလည္း စစ္တပ္ႏွင့္နီးစပ္သည့္ အတုိင္းအ၀ုိင္းမ်ားမွ သိရွိရပါသည္။ ညစ္ပတ္ ေကာက္က်စ္၍ စိတ္ဓါတ္ညံ့ဖ်င္းေသာ၊ အျပစ္မဲ့ျပည္သူမ်ားကုိ ညင္းပန္း ႏွိပ္စက္ သတ္ျဖတ္ေသာ ဗမာစစ္အစုိးရကုိ တုိင္းရင္းသားမ်ား အားလံုး လက္တြဲညီညီ ေတာ္လွန္တုိက္ခုိက္သြားၾကပါစုိ႕လုိ႕အားလံုးကုိ ဖိတ္ေခၚလုိက္ရပါသည္။

Burmese military is unable to defeat mighty Kachin Independence Army(KIA) with current strategy and weapons, thus Burmese army commander "Thura Min Aung Hlaing" has instructed Burmese CHEMICAL WEAPON factory (12) to produce higher grade Chemical bombs and weapons to use in battle against Kachin Independence Army(KIA).

Although the location of this Chemical Weapon factory is still unknown, it's very clear that current Chemical Weapon and bombs used in battle against Kachin Independence Army(KIA) is products of this factory. Therefore people from all Ethnics groups must find out together the location of Burmese army's Chemical Weapon Factory Location with all efforts and support.
