Cast the military-monopolized constitution by “NO” vote

This draft constitution is drafted by some military officers and their hand-picked delegates at the so-call National Convention.
There were very small numbers of representatives from political parties allowed to attend the National Convention. The papers from Non-Burman nationalities leaders and ceasefire-groups had been eliminated several times at the National Convention.
Therefore we, New Mon State Party, urge people of Burma to cast a “NO” vote in the constitutional referendum.

ဒီအေျခခံဥပေဒကို အမ်ိဳးသားညီလာခံထဲမွာ စစ္ဗိုလ္ေတြနဲ႕ သူတို႕စိတ္တိုင္းက် ေ႐ြးခ်ယ္ထားတဲ့ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ေတြက ေရးထားတာ။
ျပည္သူ႕လႊတ္ေတာ္ကိုယ္စားလွယ္နဲ႕ ႏိုင္ငံေရးပါတီကိုယ္စားလွယ္ေတြ တကယ့္အနည္းစုဘဲ ပါဝင္ခြင့္ရခဲ့တယ္။
တိုင္းရင္းသား ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြနဲ႕ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးအဖြဲ႕အစည္းေတြရဲ့ တင္ျပခ်က္ေတြဟာလည္း အႀကိမ္ႀကိမ္ ပယ္ခ်ခံခဲ့ရတယ္။
ဒါေၾကာင့္ မြန္ျပည္သူလူေတြအေနနဲ႕ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ဖြဲ႕စည္းပံု အေျခခံဥပေဒမူၾကမ္း ျပည္လံုးကြ်တ္ ဆႏၵခံယူပြဲမွာ ကန္႕ကြက္မဲ ထည့္ၾကဖို႕ မြန္ျပည္သစ္ပါတီက ႏိႈးေဆာ္တိုက္တြန္းပါတယ္။
